Add and edit users

To add or edit user profiles, go to PSIsafe Desktop Management and select User Settings > Users.
  1. To add a new user, select Add on the Users tab. To edit an existing user profile, select the preferred user from the list and click Edit.

    The Profile setup screen appears.

  2. Enter the appropriate Profile basic information.
  3. Select Next to proceed to the next step.

    The Account Permissions and Settings screen appears.

  4. Set up account permissions and settings.
  5. Select Next to proceed to the next step.

    The Assignments screen appears.

  6. Set up the Assignments options.
  7. Select Next to proceed to the next step.

    The Summary screen appears.

  8. Select one of the following on the Summary screen, which contains all the information on user profile details, settings, and permissions:
    • To confirm user profile details on the Summary screen and save your user profile, select Finish.
    • To edit information, select Previous until you navigate to the preferred screen and apply necessary changes.
