Password

In this section, the PSIsafe Desktop administrator can enable the Password Reset, or Security Challenge options. Additionally, the administrator can set the parameters of a Password Policy and the Minimum Password Requirements.

Password Reset

• Enable Reset: Enable this feature to allow users to reset their password on the PSIsafe Desktop login screen via the ellipsis button to the right of the password field.
• Enable Security Challenge: When resetting a password, a user is required to enter a security challenge before proceeding.

Enable Password Policy

Minimum Password Requirements: Set the length and specific character requirements of user passwords per your company password policy. As well, determine the password reuse policy via the Months Between Password Reuse field, or set this field to 0 to disable.
