Folder sensitivity classes

On the Folder tab, you can see a list of current folder classes. To edit a folder class, click the appropriate class and update the name in the Description field of the Folder Security Edit panel on the right.

To add a class, under the Folder Security Edit panel, input a name for your folder sensitivity class into the Description field and click Add. Then, click Save to apply the changes.

Once this folder sensitivity class is created, it can be assigned Access rights accordingly.

To assign rights to this folder sensitivity class, go to Access > Rights. Add or Edit permissions for a user or group, and on the Folder Rights page, assign any of the following security levels after selecting the corresponding folder sensitivity class.

  • Preview: Allows the user to use preview in a folder.
  • View: Allows the user to view folder indexes.
  • Edit: Allows the user to change folder indexes.
  • Create: Allows the user to create a new folder.
  • Delete: Allows the user to delete a folder.
  • Lock: Allows the user to lock a folder and prevents other users from making changes to it.

Remember to click Save after entering/editing the class name.
