Define tabs
The tabs defined appear in every folder in the cabinet. They are defined so that documents may be classified by the document category being filed. The Miscellaneous tab is a default tab and appears in every cabinet.
To add a tab, perform the following actions.
- Click Add.
- Select the pre-defined name from the list.
- Add the preferred name if necessary.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
Delete tabs
To delete an existing tab, click Delete. You cannot delete the tab if it contains documents, even if they are in the recycle bin.
