Set up document set

After you have established that your templates are compatible, you can proceed to set up the document set.

  1. To begin creating a document set, open Cabinets section in PSIsafe Desktop Management > File Structure, then click to edit or create a new cabinet, and click the Document Sets button in the lower left corner.

    A new window appears.

  2. If you have not created any document sets, this section will be blank. To create a new document set, click Add. To change an existing documents set, click Edit.
  3. To add or remove different templates to this document set, click Add or Remove.

    Each template selected should meet the criteria established in the previous section. If your template does not appear when you attempt to add it, double-check the compatibility in the previous section.

  4. Create W/New Folder: If you select this check box, you can automatically create the document set when a new folder is created. If applicable, the folder index values are also used to automatically populate corresponding form fields. Select this check box only in business practices where the creation of a new folder inherently suggests that the document set should also be created.
  5. Click Save to complete the document set creation process.
