Custom status
The custom status defines the status of a scheduled workflow item based on user preference instead of the default options. Users can add, edit or delete a status without affecting previously added statuses for scheduled items.
To add a custom status, click Add, enter a name for the status, and click Save.
If the status is no longer used, you can delete it by clicking the Delete button. You can use the quick search option to search all the statuses listed. The Quick Search field is located in the lower left side of the Custom Status tab. This does not affect the previous statuses used.
