DocuSign

PSIsafe DocuSign configuration must be performed both in PSIsafe Management and PSIsafe Desktop for each individual user. Once configured, users can create envelopes that are tied directly to the DocuSign Web Portal.

Prerequisites

  • Ensure that you have an active DocuSign account. You will need administrative access to the system settings to retrieve certain settings.
  • PSIsafe Desktop client and server 12.1 or newer.

  • PSIsafe Desktop 64-bit Server and PSIsafe API version 12.3 or newer.

    • PSIsafe Desktop Cloud customers: This is an already installed and configured prerequisite.
