User decision type

A user selected decision point involves setting up a default destination.

  • User: Send to a user.
  • Group: Send to a workflow group.
  • Originator: Send to the user who initiated the rule.
  • Cabinet: Remove from the workflow and file back to the cabinet.
  • Rule: Remove from the current rule and start on the selected rule.

After selecting the default destination, the administrator enters decision values. These values are presented to the workflow user as a list of options.

Based on the value selected by the user, the workflow item is routed to the user/group/rule associated with the value.
