Log in to PSIsafe Management
When you first open the PSIsafe Management application, the login window appears. By default, no server connection information is programmed on the initial launch. If your database has already been configured in your onboarding and sales process, the Connect to field will automatically display your connected database, and you can proceed to the next section.
Connect to PSIsafe Desktop database
To connect to a PSIsafe Desktop database:
- Launch PSIsafe Management.

Within the
Connection Configuration window, begin by selecting your installation type,
either
Cloud or
On-Premises.
In most instances, the Connection Configuration window appears on first-time launch. If your database does not appear, and the Connection Configuration window does not automatically appear, select the gear icon and click Connection configuration.
Consult your PSIsafe Administrator or the onboarding documentation provided by Tungsten Automation representatives to determine which kind of server installation your company uses. When selecting Cloud as a connection option, the PSIsafe Desktop server IP address field is greyed out and the remote URL is set automatically.This address can be changed under the Show Advanced Settings > Set URL area for unique installations that require a custom Cloud URL. - Enter the PSIsafe Desktop server IP address, either a Cloud Customer Code, such as 12345, or a local IPv4 address or IPv6 machine name, such as 192.168.1.5 or PSISAFE-SERVER, for an On-Premise installation. For On-Premise installations, the Customer Code field should be left as the default.
- After successfully inputting your connection configuration information, exit the client and re-open it to refresh your connection attempt. You can also use the Refresh button on the right-hand side of the Connect to field.
Log in to PSIsafe Management
To log in as the system Administrator:

In the
Username field, enter
Administrator, or a
PSIsafe Desktop
account that has already been configured for administrator access to
PSIsafe Management.
Alternatively, press the F1 key. This method automatically inserts Administrator as the user name and positions the cursor in the password field.

Enter your password.
This field is case-sensitive. For password requirements, see: Password.
- In the Connect to field, select the preferred database.
- Click Login to proceed.
Initial access to PSIsafe Management
In some instances, such as the establishment of a testing environment, or installation troubleshooting, the initial setup of the system password may be necessary.
