Use this window to add a new cost center segment structure. The following settings and buttons are available.

Structure Name

The name of the new cost center structure. This name must be unique for all segment structures.

This setting is mandatory.

Description

Provide relevant information about the structure, such as users and examples, if known.

This setting is optional, but recommended.

Segment Separator

The character that is used in the cost center structure string that separates segments.

This setting is mandatory.

Save

Click this button to save the above settings. These apply to all segments listed in the table below.

List of segments table

This table lists the cost center segments with their Segment Number and their Visible Name. A maximum number of segments of 15 is supported by Kofax AP Agility.

Use the settings below the table to add individual segments.

Segment

Choose a segment number from the list. Each segment can be used once only.

Visible Name

Enter a name that is displayed to coders when applying a cost center structure.

Add

Adds the selected Segment Number and its given Visible Name to the list above. This list is saved automatically.

Update

Saves the changes made to the selected Segment Number and its given Visible Name from the list above.

Delete

Removes the selected table entry.

Undo

If you have partially filled out the segment line in order to add a new segment, click the Undo icon  to clear the entries. All changes to the segment line are lost.

Close

Closes the Cost Center Segment Structure: New window. Any outstanding changes in the Structure Name, Description, or Segment Separator are lost. You are returned to the Cost Center Structures page.
