Kofax AP Agility exports all validated and approved invoices to the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) through a connector plugin. The Agnostic ERP integration provides an ERP-neutral method of integration by transferring data to and from folders.

In addition to the Agnostic ERP connector as part of the Kofax AP Agility installer, Kofax AP Agility provides plugins for the following ERPs.

• PeopleSoft

• Infor Lawson

• MS Dynamics

• SAP S/4HANA

You can use ERP integration for both Invoice Processing and the AP Agility Workflow.

After installation, you can proceed with configuring the ERP system for your solution as follows.

1. Add an ERP connection. You can do one of the following.

   • Add an ERP connection manually.

   • Add an ERP connection on-demand when you Create a new organization based on a template.

2. • Exported invoice XML file structure

   • XSLT file for conversion from XML to CSV
