Add a field profile

You can define a field profile for an organization that determines the behavior of GL codes, work breakdown structures, and cost center codes.

You can add a field profile by following these steps.

  1. Open the Kofax AP Agility workspace as an Administrator.
  2. From the menu, select Settings > Workflow > Field Profiles.

    A list of field profiles is displayed.

  3. Click New.

    The Field Profile: New page is displayed.

  4. Enter a unique Field Profile Name.
  5. Enter a Description.

    This setting is optional, but recommended.

  6. Select one or more fields that are optional during coding from the Optional GL, WBS, Cost Center code fields for a line setting.
  7. Choose a Line coding amount type.
  8. For each Line Type, select whether the fields in the Field visibility per Line Type table are either Visible or Hidden.
  9. Click Save.

    Saves your current field profile and a message is displayed below the table indicating that the field profile is created.
