Capture Profile Settings

These settings relate to the capture profile settings. It is possible to add multiple entries for these settings. As a result, the settings are displayed in a table.

Important These settings are not available in the Azure cloud environment.

Important Any changes made to these settings are applied to new documents only. Documents that are already in-progress use the settings that were in-place when their processing began.

The following column settings are available.

Profile ID

A unique ID for the profile that is assigned automatically.

Profile Name

The export profile name.

Profile Description

A description of the export profile.

Is Template

This export profile cannot be used directly. Instead, if you want to use its settings as a capture profile, copy it and use the copy.

The following buttons are available at the bottom of the window.

Edit

Opens a selected entry in the table so that you can make changes as needed.

Note This button is enabled only when the selected export profile is not marked as a template.

Click this button to open the Capture Profile Settings - Edit window.

Copy

Makes a copy of the selected table entry so that you can make a new entry to the table based on the copy.

Click to make a copy of the selected table entry and open the Export Profile Settings - Copy From Profile window.

Delete

Click to remove the selected entry from the table, but after confirmation only.

Note This button is enabled only when the selected export profile is not marked as a template.
