Create New Organization window

Use this window to create a new organization.

The following settings are available.

Create a New Organization form

This setting has the following options.

  • Template

  • Existing Organization

The first organization must be created using a Template.

The available templates include the following:

Template

Description

Generic

This is the default configuration. This template does not include an ERP connector nor does it include the AP Agility Workflow integration.

This means that all settings related to the ERP connector or the AP Agility Workflow are not available with this template.

Generic with agnostic ERP

This template includes the agnostic ERP connector.

This means that the settings related to the ERP connector and the AP Agility Workflow are available with this template.

SAP live integration

This template uses SAP for data lookup and document export. This template does not include an ERP connector nor does it include the AP Agility Workflow integration.

This means that all settings related to the ERP connector are not available with this template because that behavior is performed by SAP. The settings related to the AP Agility Workflow are also not available with this template.

Process Director live integration

This template integrates with Process Director for data lookup and document export. This template does not include an ERP connector nor does it include the AP Agility Workflow integration.

This means that all settings related to the ERP connector are not available with this template because that behavior is performed by Process Director. The settings related to the AP Agility Workflow are also not available with this template.

MarkView integration

This template integrates with MarkView for data lookup and document export. This template does not include an ERP connector nor does it include the AP Agility Workflow integration.

This means that all settings related to the ERP connector are not available with this template because that behavior is performed by MarkView. The settings related to the AP Agility Workflow are also not available with this template.

PeopleSoft integration

This template uses the PeopleSoft ERP system for data lookup and document export.

This means that the settings related to the ERP connector and the AP Agility Workflow are available with this template.

Lawson integration

This template uses the Infor Lawson ERP system for data lookup and document export.

This means that the settings related to the ERP connector and the AP Agility Workflow are available with this template.

MS Dynamics

This template uses the MS Dynamics ERP system for data lookup and document export.

This means that the settings related to the ERP connector and the AP Agility Workflow are available with this template.

S/4HANA Cloud integration

This template uses the S/4HANA ERP system for data lookup and document export.

This means that the settings related to the ERP connector and the AP Agility Workflow are available with this template.

Note If you select a template for a specific ERP system and you do not have the connector installed for that ERP, you cannot successfully process documents using this organization.

Select

Select a template or organization from the list as a base your new organization.

Description

If you select a template or an existing organization, this field is populated with the description of the selected organization. Modify the description for your new organization as appropriate.

The following buttons are available at the bottom of the window.

Next

Click to save the existing settings and to move on to the Organization: New - Organization tab window.

Cancel

Your changes are discarded and you are returned to the Organizations list.
