Unit Of Measure Conversion Rules tab

When Kofax AP Agility is first installed, the default unit of measure BRWUOMCONVERSIONS database table is created and configured automatically. You can however, change this table via the Unit Of Measure Settings tab.

Important If you are using an ERP Connector and the AP Agility Workflow but you want to maintain this table manually, ensure that you do not specify a path for UomConversionDataPath in the ERP connector web.config file. If you do provide a path, any manual changes made here are overwritten the next time that data is imported.

If you want to edit or add to the configured table, you can do so using this tab.

Important Any changes made to these settings are applied to new documents only. Documents that are already in-progress use the settings that were in-place when their processing began.

The following column settings are available.

Material No

The unique number assigned to the corresponding material.

Base UOM

The base unit of measure reference for this material.

Numerator

The number assigned to this material for the numerator.

Denominator

The number assigned to this material for the denominator

External UOM

The external code that references this unit of measure.

PO Partition

The purchase order partition if used.

The following buttons are available at the bottom of the window.

Edit

Opens a selected entry in the table so that you can make changes as needed.

Click to open the Unit of Measure Conversion Rules - Edit window.

Add

Adds an entry to the table.

Click to open the Unit of Measure Conversion Rules - New window.

Copy

Makes a copy of the selected table entry so that you can make a new entry to the table based on the copy.

Click to copy the selected table entry and open the Unit of Measure Conversion Rules - New window.

Delete

Click to remove the selected entry from the table, but after confirmation only.
