Delete a work breakdown structure

If you no longer need a work breakdown structure, it is possible to remove it.

Important It is not possible to delete a work breakdown structure if it is used by one or more Organizations.

You can delete a work breakdown structures by following these steps.

  1. Open the Kofax AP Agility workspace as an Administrator.
  2. From the menu, select Settings > Workflow > Work Breakdown Structures.

    A list of existing work breakdown structures is displayed.

  3. From the list, select the structure that you are deleting.
    Tip Click on the segment Description because clicking on the name will open that structure for editing.

    The Delete button is activated.

  4. Click Delete.

    You are prompted to confirm your deletion.

  5. Click Yes.

    Your structure is removed from the table.
