GL code history clean up
Even if you specify how long unused GL codes are retained, it is still necessary to set up a scheduled job so that the history database is purged.
You can set up a regular job so that it regularly cleans up the GL code history database by following these steps.
- Launch the TotalAgility Designer

On the navigation pane, click

A list of Job schedules is displayed for the Default Category.
- From the Category list, select AP Agility.

On the
Job schedules pane, click
New and then add the following information.

Enter a
Name for the job schedule. For example,
GL Code Purge.
- Select Active.
- Select the Process list, select the AP Agility category, and then select AP Purge GLCode History.
- Optionally, set the other settings.

Click
Save.
Your job is scheduled so that unused entries are removed from the GL code history database and the New job schedule window is closed.
