Add segments to an existing cost center structure

You can add one or more segments to an existing cost center structure by following these steps.

  1. Open the Kofax AP Agility workspace as an Administrator.
  2. From the menu, select Settings > Workflow > Cost Center Structures.

    A list of existing cost center structures is displayed.

  3. Click the Structure Name link for the cost center structure that needs additional segments.

    The Edit Cost Center Segment Structure: <Structure Name> page is displayed

  4. To add an individual segments, perform the following steps.
    1. Select a Segment from the list.

      Start with Segment1 and proceed in numeric order for additional segments.

    2. Enter a Visible Name.

      This is the segment name that is displayed to users during the Coding Activity.

    3. Click Add.

    Your segment is added to the table above.

  5. Repeat the previous step until you add all of your additional segments.

    Kofax AP Agility supports a maximum of 15 segments.

  6. Click Close.

    Your changes to the cost center segment structure are saved and you are returned to the Cost Center Structures page.
