Modify segments in an existing work breakdown structure

You can edit one or more segments in an existing work breakdown structure by following these steps.

  1. Open the Kofax AP Agility workspace as an Administrator.
  2. From the menu, select Settings > Workflow > Work Breakdown Structures.

    A list of existing work breakdown structures is displayed.

  3. Click the Structure Name link for the work breakdown structure that has segments that need modified.

    The Edit Work Breakdown Segment Structure: <Structure Name> page is displayed

  4. To edit an existing segment, perform the following steps.
    1. In the list of segments, slick the Segment that requires editing.

      The values of the selected segment are loaded into the Segment and Visible Name fields below the table, ready for editing.

    2. Make the necessary changes to the selected segment and click Update.

      The selected segment is updated. The changes are reflected in the table above.

  5. Repeat the previous step until you update all segments as needed.
  6. Click Close.

    Your changes work breakdown segment structure are saved and you are returned to the Work Breakdown Structures page.
