Delete a field profile

If you no longer need a field profile, it is possible to remove it from your solution.

Important It is not possible to delete the DEFAULT field profile.

You can delete a field profile by following these steps.

  1. Open the Kofax AP Agility workspace as an Administrator.
  2. From the menu, select Settings > Workflow > Field Profiles.

    A list of existing field profiles is displayed.

  3. From the list, select the field profile that you are deleting.
    Tip Click on the field profile Description because clicking on the name will open that field profile for editing.

    The Delete button is activated.

  4. Click Delete.

    You are prompted to confirm your deletion.

  5. Click Yes.

    Your field profile is removed from the table.
