Delete a cost center segment

If you no longer need a cost center structure, it is possible to remove it from your solution.

Important It is not possible to delete a cost center structure if it is used by one or more Organizations.

You can delete a cost center structures by following these steps.

  1. Open the Kofax AP Agility workspace as an Administrator.
  2. From the menu, select Settings > Workflow > Cost Center Structures.

    A list of existing cost center structures is displayed.

  3. From the list, select the structure that you are deleting.
    Tip Click on the segment Description because clicking on the name will open that structure for editing.

    The Delete button is activated.

  4. Click Delete.

    You are prompted to confirm your deletion.

  5. Click Yes.

    Your structure is removed from the table.
