Modify a work breakdown structure

You can edit a work breakdown structure by following these steps.

  1. Open the Kofax AP Agility workspace as an Administrator.
  2. From the menu, select Settings > Workflow > Work Breakdown Structures.

    A list of existing work breakdown structures is displayed. The Structure Name is a link.

  3. Click on the link for the work breakdown structure that needs editing.

    The Edit Work Breakdown Segment Structure: <Structure Name> page is displayed.

  4. Modify the settings as needed. This includes adding additional segments, modifying, or removing existing segments.
  5. Click Close.

    Your segments are saved, you are returned to the Work Breakdown Structures page.
