Roles and Permissions

Use these settings to configure user permissions for the following Invoice Processing activities.

  • Scan Activity

  • Validation Activity

  • Line Pairing Correction Activity

  • PIX Correction Activity

These permissions do not affect the AP Agility Workflow activities such as the Coding Activity, the Approval Activity, the Exception Activity, the Line Pairing Exception Activity, the Hold Activity, and the Comment Request Activity. You can configure the user permissions for the AP Agility Workflow activities as needed.

Important Any changes made to these settings are applied to new documents only. Documents that are already in-progress use the settings that were in-place when their processing began.

Above the table of user permissions are the following settings.

KTA Resources

This is a drop-down list of all user groups and users currently available in Kofax TotalAgility.

If the user or group you want is not listed, you can manage this via Kofax TotalAgility.

Add

Click to add the selected KTA resource.

The Roles and Permissions window is displayed.

Below these settings is a table that shows any configured users. This table has the following columns.

User Name

The name of the user.

Scan Activity

If a user has permissions to use the Scan Activity, this setting is set to YES. If a user is not able to use the Scan Activity, the value of this setting is set to NO.

Validation Activity

If a user has permission to use the Validation Activity, the name of the corresponding organization name is displayed here. Otherwise, the value is NO.

LPR Correction
If a user has permission to use the Line Pairing Correction Activity, the name of the corresponding organization name is displayed here. Otherwise, the value is NO.
PIX Correction Activity
If a user has permission to use the PIX Correction Activity, the name of the corresponding organization name is displayed here. Otherwise, the value is NO.

Below the table is the following button.

Enables you to select a table entry and then make changes. When clicked, the Roles and Permissions window is displayed.
