Enable bar code recognition

If you are processing invoices that contain a bar code or a QR code it is necessary to turn on the recognition of these bar codes.

Note Reading field values from a QR or bar code is supported for invoices from Chile and Switzerland only.

You can configure AP Agility to read bar codes on XML or PDF documents by following these steps.

  1. using the menu, navigate to Settings > Invoice Processing > Global Settings > General Settings.
  2. Select Read bar code / QR code.
  3. Click Save.
