Remove segments from an existing work breakdown structure

You can remove one or more segments from an existing work breakdown structure by following these steps.

  1. Open the Kofax AP Agility workspace as an Administrator.
  2. From the menu, select Settings > Workflow > Work Breakdown Structures.

    A list of existing work breakdown structures is displayed.

  3. Click the Structure Name link for the work breakdown structure that has segments that need modified.

    The Edit Work Breakdown Segment Structure: <Structure Name> page is displayed

  4. To delete an existing segment, perform the following steps.
    1. In the list of segments, click the Segment that you are deleting.

      The values of the selected segment are loaded into the Segment and Visible Name fields below the table, ready for editing. The Update and Delete buttons are enabled

    2. Click Delete.

      The selected segment is removed. This is reflected in the table above.

  5. Repeat the previous step until you delete the required segments.
  6. Click Close.

    Your changes to the work breakdown segment structure are saved and you are returned to the Work Breakdown Structures page.
