Modify a cost center structure

You can edit a center structure by following these steps.

  1. Open the Kofax AP Agility workspace as an Administrator.
  2. From the menu, select Settings > Workflow > Cost Center Structures.

    A list of existing cost center structures is displayed. The Structure Name is a link.

  3. Click on the link for the cost center structure that needs editing.

    The Edit Cost Center Segment Structure: <Structure Name> page is displayed.

  4. Modify the settings as needed. This includes adding additional segments, modifying, or removing existing segments.
  5. Click Close.

    Your segments are saved, you are returned to the Cost Center Structures page.
