Instruction Settings

These settings are instructions that you can add to a Validation Activity form as a button. When the button is pressed, instructional text is displayed to the user. This text helps users process documents for a specific organization.

Important Any changes made to these settings are applied to new documents only. Documents that are already in-progress use the settings that were in-place when their processing began.
Profile ID

The profile ID that is provided by the system automatically for each entry in the Instructions Settings table.

Profile Name

Enter a short and descriptive name for the profile.

Instructions

The informational text that is displayed to the Validation Activity user when the button is clicked.

The following buttons are available at the bottom of the window.

Edit

Opens a selected entry in the table so that you can make changes as needed.

Click this button to open the Instruction Settings - Edit window.

Add

Adds an entry to the table.

Click this button to open the Instruction Settings - New window.

Copy

Makes a copy of the selected table entry so that you can make a new entry to the table based on the copy.

Delete

Click to remove the selected entry from the table, but after confirmation only.

Note This button is available only when the selected export profile is not marked as a template, or it the profile is not in use by any organization.
