Import Settings

These are the settings for document import. They contain the mapping of values contained within the image filename and the corresponding fields in Kofax AP Agility. The parameters in this section enable data transfers between Kofax AP Agility and an upstream system.

The filename components should be separated by a configurable separator, such as an underscore. When mapping components, they are referenced by COMPONENT plus the position of the value in the file name such as COMPONENT1, COMPONENT2, and so on. For example, the file 5_128739_20190101.tif uses an underscore as the separator, and COMPONENT1 (5) is the Organization ID, COMPONENT2 (128739) is the Batch Name, and COMPONENT3 (20190101) is the Scan Date.

Important Any changes made to these settings are applied to new documents only. Documents that are already in-progress use the settings that were in-place when their processing began.
