Register the PO data partition

You can register a new purchase order data partition by following these steps.

  1. Using the menu, navigate to Settings > Invoice Processing > Global Settings > Partition Settings > PO Number Partition tab.
  2. In the Insert row, add a unique PO Partition ID.

    This value must be an integer.

  3. In the same Insert row, add a relevant Description for the above partition ID.

    This is optional, but its name should provide enough information to indicate what it represents. If the name is not sufficient, provide a description with more information.

  4. Click Insert.

    A new record with the above settings is added to the table of purchase order number partition settings.

  5. Save your changes.
