Information Settings

These settings control the Validation Activity information message box configuration. These settings are independent of both an organization and a profile.

Important Any changes made to these settings are applied immediately. This means that any documents that are already in-progress can benefit from these changes.

The following settings are available.

Disable MIRA Popup

If selected, this disables the Validation Activity window that informs the user that line items are not required because there is a one-to-one match between the invoice and the purchase order. This setting is cleared by default.

Disable Currency Popup

If selected, the system does not prompt the Validation Activity user that the currency is about to be overwritten with the vendor or purchase order default currency. This occurs only when the vendor or the purchase order is changed. This setting is cleared by default.

The following buttons are available at the bottom of the window.

Save

Saves your changes and the window is closed.

Reload

Deletes any unsaved changes and resets the field values back to the last saved settings.
