Download New Samples window

This window enables you to search the Tungsten TotalAgility server for any available sample documents. Once the new samples are imported, the New Samples document set is populated with the downloaded documents.

The following settings are available:

Connected to

Select the Tungsten TotalAgility server from the list. Once a server is selected, the table is populated with the name of the server and the number of sample documents available.

Switch Connection

Connects to a different server.

Search status

A read-only message explaining the status of a search.

Download New Samples

When available, Downloads any new samples found on the selected server.

Delete from server after downloading

Deletes downloaded new samples from the server automatically after pressing the Download New Samples button.

Because of size and time limitations, the download operation may download fewer documents than that are waiting to be downloaded. Documents that were not downloaded will be downloaded at different time.

Delete New Samples from Server

Deletes the New Samples from the server. This manual setting enables you to control when to remove the unwanted samples from the server. Ensure you download the samples before deleting them.

The following buttons are available at the bottom of this window:

Button	Description
OK	Closes the window and saves your changes.
Cancel	Closes the window without saving your changes.
Help	Displays the help for the open window.
