Add an evaluation step

Use the procedure in this topic to add an evaluation step.

Procedure

  1. Open the locator properties.
  2. Select the Evaluation Settings tab and select the vertical subfield tab to modify.
  3. Select Adds a new evaluation step Add icon.

    A blank step is displayed at the bottom of the evaluation steps for the selected subfield.

  4. Configure the new evaluation step.
  5. Repeat the previous steps until you finish adding the needed steps.
  6. Open a test document and select Test to test your settings.
  7. Optional. Select Close to close the locator properties window.
  8. Save the changes to your project.
