View extraction results
Use the procedure in this topic to view extraction results.
This is useful if you want to test your extraction configuration by performing extraction for a group of test documents and then viewing their results.
Procedure
- Open the Documents window if it is not already open.

If a different view is in use, switch to the
List View
.

Add or select the document set that contains some test documents.
The document set expands so you can see the document subsets.

Select the document subset that contains the required test documents.
The test documents are displayed.

Select one or more documents in the
Documents window, right-click, and then select
Extract on the document shortcut menu.
A progress bar is displayed showing the extraction progress.

On the Ribbon
View tab, in the
Windows group, select
Extraction Results.
The Extraction Results window is displayed with the results from your recent extraction test.
- Optional. Dock the Extraction Results window.
