Import an old Project Planner TDS model

Use the procedure in this topic to import an old Project Planner TDS model.

If you have a project with a separation method created using Project Planner, you can import the separation model into the Transformation Designer. Only do this if you open a legacy project in theTransformation Designer. The legacy project is updated automatically to work with the newer version of Transformation Designer. The separation model is not imported. If you do not have an old model, configure TDS in the Transformation Designer.

Procedure

  1. On the Project tab, in the Configuration group, select Project Settings Project Settings icon.
  2. Select the Document Separation tab to view the document separation settings.
  3. If not yet selected, select Trainable Document Separation (TDS).

    Several TDS-specific settings are enabled.

  4. Select Compatibility Mode.

    The TDS-Model import path and Browse buttons are enabled.

  5. Optional. Aelect a value for How should the TDS classification result be used for document classification.
  6. For the TDS Model import path, select Browse.

    A window is displayed.

  7. Navigate to the TDS model to use, select it, and select OK.

    The window closes and the TDS Model is imported.

  8. Optional. Select OK to close the Project Settings window.
  9. Save the changes to your project.
