Unprotect a project

If you want to decrypt the training documents by unprotecting a project, it is recommended that you make a backup copy of the project beforehand.

Procedure

  1. On the File menu, select Unprotect Project.

    The Unprotect Project window is displayed.

  2. Enter the protected Password used to protect the project.

    After entering an incorrect password, the project is locked for five seconds before you can attempt again.

  3. Select OK.

    Your project is no longer protected and all training documents are visible to users.

    The Unprotect Project setting is disabled and the Protect Project setting is enabled.

  4. Select Release Project.
