Work with user-defined columns
Use the procedure in this topic to manage user-defined columns.
If a column is not included in the global columns, you can add one or more user-defined columns to the column pool. These columns are then usable table models.
Procedure

On the
Project tab, in the
Configuration group, select
Project Settings
.
- Select the Tables tab to view the table settings.
- Select the Column Pool group.

Depending on your requirements, do one of the following:

Add a user-defined column

Select Add New Column

Enter a name for the new user-defined column into the Default field.
Delete a user-defined column

Select Delete Selected Column

When prompted, select Yes to confirm deletion.
Rename a user-defined column

Double-click a column.

Enter a name for the column into the Default field and select OK

Select
OK.
The list of user-defined columns is updated accordingly.
- Optional. Select OK to close the Project Settings window.
- Save the changes to your project.
