Export database project to file-based project
Use the procedure in this topic to export a project to export a database project as a file-based project under a different name.
Before you begin
Before you can export a project, verify the following steps are complete:
Procedure
- Select the File menu.

Select
Export To File-Based Project
.
The Export Project window is displayed.

In the
Export Project window , configure the following:
Name
The name of the project.
Root Folder
Enter the path for your root directory or Browse to the directory location.
You can either enter a path and filename manually or browse to an existing location and enter the filename.
Full project path
This is a read-only field that shows the full path and the filename of your project.
The Full project path field is populated with the Root Folder and the project Name.

Select
OK to create the new project.
A message is displayed indicating a successful export. Click OK.
