Zone selection in the Zone Wizard

You can select zones in the Zone Wizard by doing any of the following:

• To select an individual zone: Select the zone. If you had already selected a zone, the previously selected zone is unselected.

• To select more than one zone: Ctrl + select each zone or select and drag around the zones you are selecting. You only need to drag over part of a zone for it to be selected.

• To select areas of zones in different parts of the page: Lasso around the additional zones you want to select. The zones you selected previously remain selected.

Selected zones are in a darker color and have a thicker border with handles on the corners and sides.

To unselect all selected zones, select a section of the document that does not have a zone.

The status bar indicates the number of zones that are selected.
