Work with table models
Use the procedure in this topic to manage table models.
Before you begin
Before you can manage table models, verify the required global columns and user-defined columns needed for this table model are available.
Procedure

On the
Project tab, in the
Configuration group, select
Project Settings
.
- Select the Tables tab to view the table settings.

Depending on your requirements, do one of the following:

Add a table model

In the Table Models group, select Add New Table Model
.

Enter a name for the new table model into the field and select OK.
The new table model is added to the list of table models.

Double-click the new table model.
The Properties of Table Model window is displayed.

Select the columns you want in your table model and select Assign
to assign them to your table model.
You can also rearrange the order of the columns in your table using the Move Up and Move Down buttons.

Clear the Visible setting for any columns that you want to hide in the table during validation. Each column in the table model is automatically visible during validation, with the exception of the "Match Remark."
Modify a table model

In the Table Models group, select the table model to modify.

Select Edit Table Model Properties.
The Edit Table model Properties window is displayed.

Assign
,
Unassign
, or rearrange the order of the table columns as needed.
Rename a table model

In the Table Models group, select the name of the table model to rename.

Provide a new name and press Enter.
Delete a table model

In the Table Models group, select the table model to delete.

Select Delete Selected Table Model
.
When prompted, select Yes to confirm deletion.

- Select Close to save the table model.
- Optional. Select OK to close the Project Settings window.
- Save the changes to your project.
