General Log

These settings are available in an OPMT or Azure environment only and display the log entries from the database log tables. This enables users to view the log files when they have no access to the database.

There is a filter bar across the top that controls what log information is displayed. The following filters are available:

Setting

Description

Level

Select what type of information is displayed in the log. (Default: INFO)

Choose from DEBUG, INFO, WARN, ERROR, or TRACE.

Thread

Select what thread is displayed in the log table. (Default: All)

This is a numeric ID of the thread that produced the log output.

From/To

Select the date and time period. (Default: 2 days)

Page Size

Specify how many records are displayed per page. If there are more records than the Page Size then use the navigation buttons to page between the results. (Default: 50)

Navigation buttons

Use these buttons to jump to the beginning or the end, or from page to page.

Display

Choose how to display the log records. (Default: Table)

Choose from Table or Text.

Use the Text mode to copy portions of the log as needed.
