Add a vendor group

You can add a vendor group so that specific vendor invoices are processed by specific users by following these steps:

  1. Open the Kofax AP Agility Work Queue as an Administrator.
  2. On the Settings menu, click Organizations.

    The Organizations are displayed.

  3. Select an organization from the list by clicking on its Organization Name.

    The organization details for the selected organization are displayed.

  4. Click on the Business Units tab.

    The Organization - Business Unit tab is displayed.

  5. Click on the Business Unit Name link where you are setting up an approval hierarchy.

    The Business Unit: New or Edit window is displayed.

  6. Click Routing Options.

    The Vendor Naming Groups tab on the Routing Options window is displayed.

  7. Click on the Vendor Groups tab.

    The Vendor Groups tab on the Routing Options window is displayed.

  8. Below the first table, perform the following steps to add a new vendor group.
    1. Enter a Group Name.

      Use a name that is descriptive and unique.

    2. Enter a Description.
    3. Select a user from the Invoice Coder list.

      This user is assigned any coding invoices from the vendors in this group.

    4. Select a user from the Exception Handler list.

      This user is assigned any exception invoices received from the vendors in this group.

    5. Click Add directly below the editable fields.
  9. Add vendors to this group.
  10. Optionally, follow the previous steps to add another vendor group.
  11. Click Close.

    The window is closed and you are returned to the Business Unit: New or Edit window.
