Manage escalation email notifications
You can configure how and when emails are sent to managers or specific users for various reasons regarding escalations or time constraints by editing the settings on the Email Notifications form.
In addition to this, you can configure email notifications for a specific Business Unit in an Organization using the Email Templates window.
You can perform the following tasks relating to emails.
It is not possible to configure email notifications to approve invoices for the Approval activity here. Instead, users of the Approval activity who are members of the AP_Approvers resource group or one of its subgroups in Kofax TotalAgility can configure their own email notifications to approve documents outside of the AP Agility Workflow.
