Troubleshoot SAP ECC connection issues
If Kofax AP Agility is unable to connect to SAP ECC, error messages are reported back to the user through the field error descriptions in the Validation activity. Additional information regarding silent connection failures is available in the Kofax AP Agility log file.
Further details are available in a SAP ECC-specific dev_rfc.trc log file that is written to the same directory as the Kofax AP Agility project file.
