Schedule master data clean up
If you are using an ERP system and importing vendor master data, Kofax recommends that you clean up the master data regularly as part the ERP import job.
You can configure regular master data clean up by following these steps:
- Log on to TotalAgility Designer as an Administrator.

On the menu, select

A list of job schedules is displayed for the default category.

From the
Category list, select
AP Agility.
A list of job schedules is displayed for the AP Agility category.

Click
AP Data Import.
When prompted to lock the process, click Yes.
The Edit job schedule window is displayed.

In the
Initialization parameters table, set the
Clean up Master Data value to
True.
Set this to True only if the AP Data Import process imports the full ERP data and not incremental updates only.
Ensure that your ERP Connector uses full and not incremental updates.
If you set this value to False it is still possible to clean the vendor master data on-demand.
Cleaning up the vendor master data is different to purging AP Agility database tables.

Optionally, edit the other job schedule settings.

- Click Save to save the import job schedule.
