ERP Connections
This page enables you to manage existing ERP connections and add new ERP connections. ERP connections are used by both Invoice Processing activities as well as the AP Agility Workflow.
This page includes a table with the Connection Name and Description of any existing ERP connections. Click on the Connection Name link to open an existing ERP connection.
After an upgrade, if an ERP connection is listed from a previous version and the corresponding ERP plugin is not installed in the upgraded system, any attempts to edit that ERP connection result in an error. In addition, the AP Data Import process also logs an error if an ERP plugin is missing. To ensure that the ERP Connections page is up-to-date and that there are no errors during the data import process, install the required plugin or remove the unused ERP connection.
If there are no ERP connections the table is empty.
Use the following buttons to manage your ERP connections.

Add a new ERP connection. The ERP Connections: New page is displayed. |

Delete |
Removes the selected ERP connection. When prompted, click OK to confirm the deletion. This setting is available only if an ERP connection is selected in the table above. |

Close |
Closes the ERP Connections page and returns you to Kofax AP Agility work queue. |

Register ERP Plugins |
After an ERP plugin is installed you must register it before you can use or configure that ERP connection in Kofax AP Agility. When you click this button, the AP ERP Connector Registration job is started and the button is disabled. The registration process can take up to several minutes. Click the Reload button to find out when the job is complete. The job is complete when the Register ERP Plugins button is enabled once again. Once the AP ERP Connector Registration job is complete you can add a new ERP connection. If you do not register an ERP plugin, it is not listed in the Connection Type list when adding a new ERP connection. |

Click this button to indicate if the AP ERP Connector Registration job is complete. This job is started when you press the Register ERP Plugins button and is complete once the Register ERP Plugins button is enabled. The registration process can take up to several minutes and you can click on the Reload buttons several times. Once the registration is complete, you can click New to add a new ERP connection. |
