Clean vendor master data

As time progresses, data about specific vendors may be removed from your ERP system because it is no longer relevant. A company may go out of business or a vendor may stop selling an item that you ordered regularly. When this happens, this vendor is removed from the ERP system but that same data remains in the AP Agility database. This is because the ERP import job schedule is configured this way by default.

There are two ways that you can ensure that the AP Agility database does not contain irrelevant information.

  • Configure the ERP import job schedule to regularly clean up irrelevant master data (Recommended when using an ERP system.)

  • Manually run a job to clean up irrelevant master data
