Edit an existing user

If you need to make changes to an existing user, you can edit a user by following these steps:

  1. Log on to the Kofax AP Agility Workspace as a user with Administrator permissions.
  2. On the menu, select Settings > Invoice Processing.

    The Invoice Processing page is displayed.

  3. Click Global Settings.
  4. Click Roles and Permissions.

    A list of existing users is displayed.

  5. Click the link for the user that you are editing.

    The Roles and Permissions window is displayed with all settings for the selected user.

  6. Edit the settings as needed, and then click Save.

    The changes are reflected in the table.
