Kofax AP Agility exports all validated and approved invoices to the Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) through a connector plugin. The Agnostic ERP integration provides an ERP-neutral method of integration by transferring data to and from folders. The data can be on-premise or cloud-based.

In addition to the ERP Agnostic and the Cloud-based ERP Agnostic connection plugins that are installed by the Kofax AP Agility installer, Kofax AP Agility is also released with plugins for the following ERPs:

• PeopleSoft

• S/4HANA Cloud ES

For more information on installing the Agnostic ERP connectors and the other ERP plugins that are provided with Kofax AP Agility, refer to the Kofax AP Agility Installation Guide.

In addition, the following ERP plugins are released independently of Kofax AP Agility:

• ERP Connection: SAP S/4HANA Cloud EX

• ERP Connection: SAP S/4HANA On-Premise

• ERP Connection: Oracle Financials Cloud

You can use ERP integration for both Invoice Processing and the AP Agility Workflow.

After installing a plugin, register your plugin so that you can configure the ERP system for your solution in one of two ways:

1. Add an ERP connection manually.

   Your ERP plugin list includes only registered plugins. If your ERP plugin is not listed, click Register ERP Plugins.

2. Add an ERP connection on-demand when you Create a new organization based on a template.
