Notification Tab

Use the Notification Tab to configure the on success/failure notification email message parameters. This tab is only active when the component is activated on the main dialog. Otherwise, the contents of this tab are disabled. Decide what kind of messages you want to recieve by email.
Option Description
Notify on Success

Select this check box to activate the email notification when the process has completed successfully. You can specify the email attributes for sending success notification emails.

Notify on Failure Select this check box to activate the email notification when the process fails (for example, the document was not saved or FTP failed with the file). You can specify the email attibutes for sending failure notification emails.
From

Enter the sender address for emails. This field needs to conform with the requirements of the SMTP server used. For instance, the value often must be a valid email address that belongs to a certain domain.

Recipients

Specify the SMTP email addresses for individuals who are to be notified of their job status. Separate multiple recipients with a semicolon (;).

Subject

Specify the subject of the notification email message.

Message

Provide the body text of the email message to be sent out.

Include document as attachment

Select this box if you want to attach a document to the email confirmation notification. What gets attached to the email notification message is dependent on the position of the component in a process. If you do not select this check box, the position of the component in the process with respect to other components is irrelevant.
