Upgrade issues
This section lists the possible upgrade issues.
- If a message appears stating that a component failed to upgrade, click on the Retry button. If it still fails, contact Kofax Support for further troubleshooting.
- If the currently logged in account does not have permissions to SQL, you will need to launch Configuration Assistant with an account that does have access. See Knowledge base article: ControlSuite: "CREATE DATABASE permission denied.." and "database operation failed" errors.
- A ControlSuite AutoStore License updater component was introduced with ControlSuite 1.2 Fixpack 2. This may generate errors in the event log.
